File Format

When you have ensured that your artwork is the right size, the colours have been set up correctly and it has bleed if required, you're ready to send it.

Whether you're sending it on disk, or by e-mail please use the following checklist:

1.  Include the artwork file itself.

2.  Include all the fonts (standard, bold or italic versions), that you have used in your

     artwork,

 

3.  Include all the image files that you have placed in your artwork, including any

     photographs and logos.

How to access your font files:

PC:
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel
Select Fonts

Apple Mac:
Go to your System folder > Fonts
Or, if you've loaded additional fonts in Suitcase, locate these files and include them

We can currently handle the following disks:
-  Floppy
-  CD ROM
